Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Shop Flutter Theory is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
